Do you have trouble finding time to meditate? A common answer is yes. It’s hard to find a chunk of time to meditate during the day. I’ve been working on this to find a way to carve out some time. I call it intermittent meditation where I find 5 minutes of time intermittently to meditate. By the end of the day I’ve meditated for about 15-30 minutes. I use an app called Insight Timer to keep track of the time I spend meditating. During this time, I use 2-1-4-2 breathing and visualization techniques for healing.
