Self care isn’t selfish

If your cup isn’t full, how will you fill someone else’s? You can’t. Through my healing process, I’ve learned how to listen to myself and my body. It’s quite amazing how the human anatomy interacts.

I’m here to share with you that we all need to start listening to our bodies better. Men and women.

Self care is more than just putting on a face mask and getting in the tub. It’s more than a mani/pedi and wine. Self care is listening and observing the mind and body. Letting yourself spend hours writing or in contemplation.

Do what fills your cup, others won’t mind when you’re overflowing.
